Shipping...

All deliveries must be signed for and someone should if possible be available to sign for the goods during normal working hours and this person should be known to you. We will not be responsible where the person signing for the goods is not the person who has placed the order/paid for the goods. If an attempt has been made by our couriers or Royal Mail to deliver the goods to the customer and the customer is not present, a card will be left at the premises, it is up to yourself to contact the depot to arrange re-delivery of goods.

Returns...

Should you wish to return an item/s, please ensure you return it in its original condition, within 7 days of receipt. Once we have received your returned item/s, it will be refunded, or exchanged. Certain items are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse refunds on items if the product is in such a condition that the item needs to be reduced in price for resale. The item/s must be returned with the delivery note enclosed. We recommend returning the goods by registered/insured post. We are not liable for the postage fee for the return of goods. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties. Refunds will be made once the items are received by us and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. Your refund will be credited to the same account with which you made your original payment. Refunds can take 7-14 working days to reflect in your account.

Damaged Items...

Damages must be notified to us within 2 days of receipt by e-mail, quoting your order number, name and address, description of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise you on how to proceed with the return.
